Men's Coaching Review & Road-Mapping Session

You do not need more advice. You need a clear read on what is actually going on.

Something is not working the way you want it to. Maybe it is your marriage. Maybe it is the pressure you are carrying, the way you are showing up at home, a decision you keep avoiding, or the sense that you have built a successful life and still feel stuck inside it.

The Review is where we slow the whole thing down, get the full picture, identify the few things that matter most, and build a practical road map for what comes next.

$350 Everything included
  • ✓Your full Success Blueprint inside TRIM
  • ✓An hour or more of my time reading and reviewing your responses before we meet
  • ✓A 90-minute private Coaching Review & Road-Mapping Session

Start with the whole picture

Most problems look simple until you are standing inside them.

You may reach out because of one obvious problem. Your marriage is strained. You are disconnected from your wife or kids. Work is consuming everything. You are angry more often than you want to be. You are rebuilding after a divorce. You are successful on paper and still feel like something is off.

The obvious problem matters. But it is rarely the whole story.

That is why I start with the Success Blueprint.

The Success Blueprint

A structured look at where you are, what you are building, and what is getting in the way.

The Success Blueprint is not a personality test and it is not a scored psychological instrument. It is an in-depth guided coaching questionnaire designed to make you stop, think, and tell the truth about what is actually happening.

Some questions use simple 1-to-10 ratings to help you locate yourself. Most require you to write and think. There is no overall score to chase.

The goal is not to label you. The goal is to give us enough truth to work with.

Before our session

Set aside about 45 to 90 minutes on your own to complete the Blueprint before we meet. This is separate from our 90-minute session. The questions look across the major parts of your life, including:

  • ✓Why you are here and what you want to change
  • ✓Identity, purpose, values, and the life you are actually building
  • ✓Marriage, relationships, communication, trust, intimacy, and conflict
  • ✓Leadership, responsibility, pressure, and the people who depend on you
  • ✓Mindset, emotional capacity, habits, and the patterns that may be running you
  • ✓Faith, meaning, health, support, and financial pressure
  • ✓Your readiness for feedback, accountability, and real change

Preparation

I read it before we meet. That changes the session.

I spend an hour or more with your Blueprint before we ever sit down. That time is part of what you are paying for.

You do not spend the first half-hour trying to remember what to tell me. I am not asking basic intake questions while the clock runs.

I already know what brought you in, what you say matters most, what you are afraid of, what is happening in your closest relationships, where you feel stuck, and what you want from the work.

Our first session starts with substance instead of small talk.

Then find the leverage points

You may have ten things you want to fix. Usually only a few are driving the rest.

During the Review, we look for the patterns underneath the noise.

01

What is creating the most pressure right now

02

Where your actions and your stated priorities are out of alignment

03

What you can control, especially when another person is involved

04

Which conversations, habits, decisions, or blind spots keep producing the same result

05

What is strong and worth building on

06

What needs attention now and what can wait

The point is not to explain your life to death. It is to find the few places where a different move can change the direction of the whole system.

Then get a way forward

Insight is useful. Direction is better.

By the end of the Review, you should have a clearer picture of what is happening and what to do next.

Plain language. No diagnosing. No vague advice that sounds good in the moment and disappears by tomorrow.

We will identify

  • ✓Your highest-priority issues
  • ✓The changes that are actually within your control
  • ✓The first actions to take
  • ✓What will require sustained work rather than a quick fix
  • ✓What success should look like over the next season

Who this is for

This is built for men who are ready to look at the whole thing.

You do not have to be in crisis. You do need to be willing to be honest.

✓

Your marriage or relationship is strained and you are not sure what to do next

✓

Your wife is not interested in couples counseling, but you know you need to work on your side of the equation

✓

You are successful professionally but disconnected, stressed, or dissatisfied personally

✓

You are rebuilding after divorce, betrayal, separation, or another major wake-up call

✓

You are carrying the pressure of leading a business, family, team, or all three

✓

You do not like the version of yourself that keeps showing up under stress

✓

You feel stuck and want an experienced outside perspective before making your next move

✓

You are done collecting advice and are ready to do something with it

Who you will be sitting with

Timothy Shetter, M.S.

Master of Science, Marriage & Family Therapy

I have spent more than 18 years working with men and couples, including business owners, professionals, fathers, leaders, and high-achievers whose personal lives did not always keep pace with their success everywhere else.

My approach is direct, practical, and strategic. My graduate training gives me a deep understanding of relationships and human behavior, but I work as a coach. We are not trying to diagnose you or spend months talking in circles. We are trying to understand what is happening, decide what matters, and move.

After the session

Some problems need a clear decision. Others need a season of work.

The Review is complete on its own. If it gives you enough clarity to start making meaningful changes without me, that is a good outcome.

If the patterns we uncover are bigger than a few adjustments, I may recommend ongoing private coaching. I offer longer-term coaching by invitation and only take a limited number of new clients.

If I think that is the right next step, I will explain what I recommend, what we would work on, and why. You can decide whether it makes sense for you.

Straight answers

Questions men ask before booking

Is this therapy or counseling?+

No. This is coaching. I hold a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy and draw on that training every day, but I work as a coach rather than a licensed clinician. No diagnosis, no insurance, and no treatment plan. The work is focused on clarity, strategy, accountability, and what you build next.

Is the Success Blueprint a test?+

Not in the scored-instrument sense. Some questions use simple 1-to-10 ratings, but most of the Blueprint is an in-depth writing and reflection process. There is no personality type or overall score. Its job is to help you give me the whole picture before we meet.

How long does the Success Blueprint take?+

Most men should plan on about 45 to 90 minutes, completed on your own before our session. Do not rush it. The quality of the session is directly related to how honestly and thoughtfully you answer.

What if my main problem is my marriage and my wife will not participate?+

That is common. Individual coaching cannot make decisions for your wife or change her for you. It can help you understand your part, change the patterns you control, communicate more effectively, make better decisions, and become clearer about what you want to build.

What if my biggest issue is not my marriage?+

That is fine. The Blueprint and the Review look at the larger system of your life: relationships, work, leadership, identity, values, mindset, health, support, finances, and the pressure points connecting them.

What happens after I book?+

You will receive access to TRIM and your Success Blueprint. Watch the short introduction, complete the Blueprint before our meeting, and I will review your answers in advance. Then we meet privately for 90 minutes online.

Do I have to sign up for ongoing coaching afterward?+

No. The Review is a complete service on its own. If I believe longer-term coaching would help, I will tell you what I recommend and why. You decide whether to continue.

What does it cost?+

$350. That includes the Success Blueprint, an hour or more of my time reviewing your responses before we meet, and the full 90-minute Coaching Review & Road-Mapping Session.

Money is replaceable. Time is not.

If something needs to change, stop guessing at what to work on first.

Start with the Success Blueprint. Then we will sit down for 90 minutes, sort through what matters most, and build a road map for what comes next.
